Because our products are sealed food items, returns are limited. You may cancel before we dispatch. For damaged, defective, or wrong items, report within 3 days of delivery - we will replace or refund after verification. Opened or used packages cannot be returned.
Cancellation
- Cancel any time before dispatch by emailing contact@swasthyafood.com with your order number.
- If the order is already packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.
Returns & replacements
- Damaged / defective / wrong item: Report within 3 days of delivery with photos. Verified claims get a replacement or full refund.
- Change of mind: Accepted only if the product is unopened, seal intact, in original condition and returned within 7 days of delivery. Return shipping for change-of-mind is paid by the customer.
- Opened or used items: Not eligible for return for hygiene and safety reasons.
How to request a return or cancellation
- Email contact@swasthyafood.com with your order number, product name, delivery date, short issue description and photos (if applicable).
- We will reply with next steps and, if approved, return instructions or a prepaid label (for our error).
Shipping & costs
If the return is our error (damaged or wrong item), we will cover return shipping or arrange pickup. For change-of-mind returns, the customer pays return shipping.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing typically takes 7-14 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Exceptions
- Perishable items, opened/used products, gift cards and digital products are non-returnable unless damaged on arrival.
- Bulk or custom orders may be non-cancellable/non-returnable, this will be noted on the product page.
Lost / undelivered parcels
If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier.
