Shipping Policy


We process orders quickly and ship them via trusted carriers. Delivery times and costs depend on destination and chosen service. We provide tracking for shipped orders. If a package is lost or damaged, contact us and we'll help resolve it.

Order processing

  • Orders are usually processed within 1-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • Processing includes quality checks, packing and handoff to the carrier.
  • If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you by email with options.

Domestic shipping

  • Typical delivery after dispatch: 3-7 business days, depending on the carrier and your location.
  • Expedited shipping options may be available at checkout for an extra fee.

International shipping

  • International delivery times vary widely - expect approximately 10-21 business days depending on destination, customs and local postal services.
  • Customs, import duties, taxes and any local fees are the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.

Shipping costs & free shipping

  • Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, destination and chosen service.
  • Free shipping may be available for orders above certain amount when stated. Any promotional free-shipping terms will be shown at checkout.

Tracking

  • We email a tracking number once your order ships. Use that number to follow your parcel on the carrier's site.
  • If you don't receive tracking details within 48 hours of dispatch, contact us at contact@swasthyafood.com.

Delivery issues (lost or damaged)

  • If your package arrives damaged, take photos of the packaging and contents and contact us within 3 days of delivery.
  • If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive the parcel, contact us immediately so we can investigate with the carrier. We will work with the carrier and, where appropriate, offer a replacement or refund after verification.

Address changes & failed deliveries

  • Request address changes as soon as possible - we can update orders only before they are dispatched.
  • If a delivery fails and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you. Re-shipment or refund options will depend on the situation and any additional shipping costs.

Packaging & product safety

  • Products are packed in food-safe, sealed packaging to protect freshness and hygiene. Minor settling of flour during transit is normal and not a defect.

Exceptions & delays

  • Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carrier delays, weather, strikes, customs or other factors outside our control.
  • For pre-orders or large/bulk orders, processing and dispatch times may be longer - dates will be noted on the product page or at checkout.
