How to use

Kneed dough in hot water, cover it with cloth for 5 minutes and then it's ready to make the healthiest rotis.

Recipes

1. Keto Aata Cookies
  • Mix 1 cup keto aata + 1/2 tsp baking powder.
  • Cream 3 tbsp butter (softened) + 3 tbsp (adjust to taste) sweetner (Erythritol / Stevia) + few drops vanilla essence.
  • Combine both, add little water / almond milk if dry.
  • Shape cookies, place on tray.
  • Bake at 170 degrees celcius for 12-15 minutes till golden.
  • Cool it when completely turns crunchy.
  • (Optionally add chopped nuts / choco chips (sugar free))
2. Keto Aata Ladoo
  • Heat 2 tbsp ghee, roast 1 cup keto aata on low flame till aroma.
  • Add 2 tbsp nuts (chopped almonds / walnuts) + 1/2 tbsp cardamom powder.
  • Turn off flame, add 3 tbsp (adjust to taste) sweetner (Erythritol / Stevia), mix well.
  • While warm, shape into ladoo.
