How to use

Kneed dough in hot water, cover it with cloth for 5 minutes and then it's ready to make the healthiest rotis.

Recipes

1. Multigrain Muthia
  • Mix 60 gms multigrain flour with grated vegetables, spices, fresh fenugreek leaves, lemon juice and form a soft dough.
  • Shape into rolls, steam for 20-25 minutes, cool slightly, slice and lightly saute with mustard seeds, sesame and curry leaves.
  • Serve hot with 2 tbsp green chutnery.
2. Multigrain Thepla
  • Knead 30 gms multigrain flour with curd, spices and optional greens like fenugreek leaves or spinach leaves into a soft dough.
  • Roll into thin discs and roast on a tawa with oil or ghee until golden on both sides.
  • Serve with 1 tsp pickle or 100 gms curd.
3. Multigrain Pizza
  • Make a 60 gms soft dough with multigrain flour, yeast, salt and warm water.
  • Let it rise.
  • Roll out, spread pizza sauce, toppings, cheese and bake at 200 degree celcius for 10-15 minutes until crisp and golden.
4. Multigrain Rab
  • Mix multigrain flour in water to make a lump-free paste.
  • Cook on low flame with ghee and water until thick.
  • Add jaggery, dry ginger and optionally carom seeds.
  • Simmer till well combined and serve warm.
