  • Use protein aata + ghee + jaggery + nuts
  • Bake healthy cookies

  • Mix protein aata + besan + curd + eno
  • Steam like traditional dhokla (Gives better satiety with extra protein)
4. High-Protein Roti / Paratha
  • Use just like normal wheat flour to make plain chaparatis, stuffed parathas (paneer, methi, broccoli, sattu, palak tofu)
  • Brush with ghee for better taste and nutrient absorption
